Mountfield House Mansion, Built in 1875 this was once the country house owned by Dr Annette Drummond-Rees. The house was split into four apartments many years ago and now have become part of an auction… From what I can piece together the house is still unsold and god help the person that buys it, the house is on it’s last legs unfortunately and is going to need a fortune spent on it.
This has got to be up there as one of the best places i have been, the personal items and belongings left behind almost tell a story and its quite moving being in there and sad too.
